The New Reality brings with it a new vista of awareness. In order to operate successfully in the new environment, you need to apply the new principles which come with this expanded view of reality.

Such knowledge empowers you to awaken to your newly expanded potential and manifest it with ease.

Here are some basic principles of the universe, as seen from the expanded vista of New Reality consciousness.

In this, the ultimate reality is recognized as universal consciousness, which is the formative essence behind all that exists within the universe. This essence can be called Infinite Being because it is the awareness behind everything within the universe.

Here are twelve principles which describe the New Reality awareness.

1. Infinite Being is All That Is. Nothing exists outside of it.

The universe exists within the consciousness of Infinite Being. The physical world exists within the consciousness of Infinite Being. We exist within the consciousness of Infinite Being.

2. We are Infinite Being

Creation is holographic in nature, meaning that the one can be found within the all. For example, the oak tree produces acorns and yet the life-form of a complete oak tree is contained within each acorn. If a picture hologram is divided into two, both parts will still retain the complete original picture.

While you are a part of the consciousness of Infinite Being, you are also Infinite Being itself. At the deepest level of reality, all that Infinite Being is, you are.

Therefore we are, each one of us, Infinite Being.

3. Purpose in life

Your overall purpose in life is to experience it from one individual, unique point of view. Just as each snowflake is unique, so is each person. From a cosmic point of view, you are one expression of Infinite Being as it experiences itself from all possible viewpoints. In this way, through you and all life, Infinite Being gains infinite experience.

At a personal level, you, as a soul, pre-planned the major themes of your life. You chose the time, the place and your parents in order to set a life plan in motion which would explore those themes. Such pre-planning gave rise to the occurrence of related, meaningful events in your life which may have already given you the impression that destiny exists.

Destiny does exist, to the extent that the major themes of your life are pre-planned, by you, ahead of time.

As you pass through life, certain names, places, people and activities resonate with a certain specialness in your consciousness. It’s almost as if you knew them once before, but you can’t quite remember when or where. That is destiny, as it unfolds important, pre-planned and pre-viewed events into your life.

In the phenomenon called déjà vu, scenes that you recognize as they unfold in your life are scenes which you had previously viewed in another state of consciousness. This previewing occurred either during your pre-life planning or, more often, in a recent, out-of-body, dream-state where, in order to help yourself remain on-purpose, you reviewed the important, upcoming events in your life.

4. Free will enables you to explore your true potential

Free will fills in all the details. It can be used to any degree that you choose. The most productive use of free will is to explore your true potential within the themes of your life, thus gaining the greatest possible experience from your life plan.

5. Reincarnation

Reincarnation exists to provide a variety of experiences, so that life skills may be gained, and so that, while in a physical body, you can rediscover your spiritual connection within.

6. Life after ‘death’

From the point of view of your true, inner personality, passing away from the physical realm is like stepping out of a suit that you have worn for a while. The suit is not the real you. In your spirit body, you move into the spirit realm, which is a place of joy and healing. After meeting with friends and relatives who have passed on before, you start work on resolving the issues which caused inner conflict during your physical life. Then, as you move into the higher realms, remembering more about who you really are, you experience reunion with the rest of your immediate and extended soul families.

7. Life reflects what you project

Reflectance is a property of the universe. Also known as karma, this principle states that life reflects your beliefs, emotions and actions. The stronger these are, the more apparent it becomes that life is a mirror of what you project.

Every time you change the way you view life, the universe, just like a mirror, reflects your new view of reality. This may not occur instantaneously as, often, circumstances do not allow the new reflection to immediately manifest. In this case, the new reality is held, like a pressure within the aura of your body’s subtle magnetic field. You then walk around in life, surrounded by this magnetic potential, as it influences your circumstances to adapt into a form where the new reality will be able to manifest and operate.

Reflectance, sooner or later, produces manifestation. Therefore, if you don’t like something in your life, the most powerful way to change its effect permanently is to discover how you are generating that reflection, and then change your point of view so that you change the reflection that you are causing from the universe.

That’s how reflectance works. It’s just like law in physics. It’s how the universe was designed. The mirror of life will shine happiness upon you, but not until you first decide, within yourself, to become a happy person. Then it will reflect your new reality.

8. Abundance is natural

Natural abundance comes from ‘getting into the flow,’ by doing work that brings a sense of inner excitement. The phrase “Follow your inner joy” is actually the key to abundance. Once you follow your innermost joy and adapt your situation to doing work that you love, then synchronicity begins to flow. Synchronicity is the universe’s way of telling you that you’re on the right track. It is a flow of events where everything starts clicking into place in order to support your efforts.

Synchronicity brings you opportunities, people, events and circumstances exactly when and where they need to be. When life flows naturally, the universe’s natural state of abundance follows automatically.

9. Love is the only reality

Unconditional, holistic love is the answer to all of life’s challenges. We are here on Earth to learn how to love ourselves and others, and to accept ourselves and others completely, without judgment.

At this point, some people ask, “What, are you supposed to love someone who is bent on being anti-social, even destructive?” The secret here is that there is a difference between an acceptance of the outer beliefs of a person and an acceptance of their inner essence.

Regardless of that person’s outward belief system, and whether you agree with it or not, it is the inner essence of the person that you learn to recognize, love and accept.

The secret is that unconditional love will heal the world, and there is no shortage of its supply. The universe is permeated by, and held together by, the love aspect of the One Creator. You have only to allow it to flow through you in order to experience its wonder.

10. Self-responsibility

You create your own reality and take personal responsibility for it. Your life is a reflection of your point of view in this, the set of experiences that you, as a soul, planned for this life.

11. Truth is everywhere

The ultimate truth is to be found within, yet the study of a variety of sources of information helps you to reawaken and remember your inner truth. Your intuitive sense is your guide as to what material is most appropriate for you at any particular time during your personal development.

12. Inner connection and insight

Inner connection with your spiritual source promotes spiritual transformation and the achievement of your true potential. Developing intuition, both in men and women, provides an essential insight into life’s experiences.

The way this is achieved is through regular, daily meditation. The regular practice of meditation promotes intuitive insight, unconditional love and personal spiritual experiences. Any meditation technique that you prefer will function perfectly well, but the Infinite Being meditation technique is particularly powerful.

With practice, you actually need no technique at all, because you will find that you can go into those deeper levels of awareness, whenever you wish, as an acquired habit. How can you tell if you are an Indigo?

A good way to "test" yourself is to answer the following:

Are you always searching for your greater purpose in life but feel like the world isn't set up for your kind?
Do you sometimes feel wise beyond your years?

Do you have trouble conforming to the ways of society?

Do you feel out of place in today's world?

Do you perceive the world very differently than most people around you?

Do you have strong intuition about certain things that most others do not?

Do you often feel misunderstood when you try to talk to people about what's real?

Are you a truth seeker?

Do you feel like you were born to accomplish a special mission in life?

Do you feel isolated and alone in your beliefs?

Misunderstood by family?

Do you feel anti-social unless you are with people of like mind?

Are you emotionally sensitive?

Did you have a difficult childhood?

Do you often feel disempowered by too much authority?

If you can answer yes to many of these questions,

then you are most likely an Indigo.

Well, blessings to you, Beloved Ones!

You have traveled many different planes (of existence)

and many existences in your Earth and beyond your Earth. You are like a little time traveler.

You are one to be honored and one to be cherished.

For you are a divine child of God.

And yet living on the Earth is not always easy for you.

But then you chose this.

You asked to be present on the Earth at this time.

And you asked to be able to bring a certain focus that may be slightly different.

In other words, the focus on the Earth and the perspective of many who live there,

what is expected of you by many and what is desired of you by some, is NOT your focus.

Is that so? You have a different gift to bring to the Earth.

And you are an Indigo Child.

You may not be an indigo child like some;

you are a variation, for they are not all the same.

Perhaps you have brought in the indigo heart

and the indigo need for truth and the need for beauty.

Perhaps you have brought in the indigo sensitivity that only wants to be about love.

It wants to circulate love and create love.

Maybe you have brought in the artistic perception of an Indigo.

Or even the Grand Intelligence and Deep Scientific Calculations of an Indigo

who is at home with computers and devices of intricacy.

There are things for you to learn

and there are things for you to teach.

This does not make you better than anyone else.

Nor is anyone else better than you are.

All are of GOD. It is like a grand garden.

There are many flowers that grow in this garden.

The seed that sprouted your particular flower has come from a long, way away.

And yet it has seeded in the garden of the Earth.

So know that you are in your right place for now because you are here.

You need to be here.

There are things for you to learn and there are things for you to teach.

You need to be here.

So do not waste your time dreaming of leaving.

Because in your dreams and in your visions and those that are forthcoming,

you may see and catch glimpses of other worlds.

They are worlds that you have lived in.

But it does not mean that there is any mistake that you have come here.

For you have come here to open the heart.

Even if it is in a rather unique way,

as seen from the perspective of some on the Earth.

And I shall not tell to you all the things that you will do.

For you are a flower that grows upon a vine.

And what does that mean?

It means that you grow intertwined with others.

And there are others that shall come and they will join you.

And you shall grow together.

And you shall find the others that are like you. And then you will not feel so alone.

For you have come to build a new society

      Deep inside of you you know why you have come,
for your heart knows.
And you have come to seed a New Kind of Being.
And it does go against the grain of your society.
For you have come to build a new society.
You have come to become a builder of a new focus and a new society.
And it is as if there is a prism and you have come to polish one of the colors on the prism.
But I say to you in order to accomplish that which you have come to do
- your job - your gift -
it is important for you to honor the other colors in the prism.
And it is important that you achieve a certain amount of balance in your world,
so that others might listen to you.
So that you might learn about many things.
So that THEN you can bring your own gift, and others will listen to you.
For they will not always understand you,
but when you understand them, by dabbling,
you might say, a little bit in all of the things that are important to them,
then you shall bring them to you,
endear them to you.
And then they will not be afraid of you.
And they will not be put off by you.
And they will come closer to you.
And then they will be able to see your gift.
And those things that you create,
you will then be able to share with them,
because you have not separated yourself from them.

It is important that you learn something about
everybody.
That is why you are in school

      And it is not that you should separate yourself from any other,
but that you would bring the Gift of Unity and Oneness.
Perhaps you are a golden thread.
But then there are threads that are silver and threads that are white
and there are threads that are green and gray.
And you have come to take a needle and unite all of the threads.
And not to be superior and not to be inferior.
And not to stop listening to your own heart either.
But in order to gain the heart and the ear,
so that others will see your works and listen to you,
it is important that you learn something about everybody.
That is why you are in school.

      You have already come with a gift and you have a purpose.
It is to restore beauty on the Earth.
To restore the heart.
And to hold a focus of the Divine Feminine.
And the Divine Feminine comes forth from you like a fountain.
Much beauty and much flow of harmony, for you are all about harmony and love.
And where there is no harmony, you do not understand it.
And where there is no love, you do not want to be there.
And where it does not make sense to your heart,
your mind wants to leave and not be there.
And that is why the dreams are so strong within you.
And that is why the force of love is so strong within you.
But in order to grow and strengthen your stem and build your leaves and branches
as the bright flower are, it is important,
since you are planted in the soil of the Earth,
to understand something of the Earth.
And that is why you are in school.
To understand something of things that you may not choose to be with for very long.
But go through the learning of it.
And learn something about it.
Why? So you can speak with many people.
So you can love many people.
So you can share your gifts with them and learn from their gifts.
And it doesn't mean that you will lose the wondrous gift that you bring.

You are different but you are also the same

      You are different but you are also the same.
Because everything is united.
That which created Everything.
Every flower, every bird, every planet, every universe,
every little dog and every little human and every little angel.
The Creator of All put a thread of Unity through all so that everything moves altogether.
On your Earth, it is not so easy to see the threads.
They look invisible, but they are not. Everything is united.

So please, Beloved Indigo Child, please honor and love yourself

      So please, Beloved Indigo Child, please honor and love yourself
and know that you are honored in Heaven,
even as you shall be honored on Earth.
And there is unity there as well!
Heaven and Earth are really one.
Everything is really connected.
This you will see before too long, if you do not already see it.
      Earth is a little bit of a school itself.
You may not like school and you may not like Earth at times.
But please honor Her.
Know that She is alive.
She isn't just a big ball that you walk on.
She is alive.
Every little part of Her.
Even as you walk on Her Big Body,
She is conscious and She is growing.
And She is, in one sense, in Her own school of development, of expansion.
She is spinning through space and doing many things.
And She shelters you.
And She is one of your mothers, for She nourishes you.
Her elements are in your physical body and Her soils,
although depleted by Humanity, give you food to eat.
Her waters give you drink.

      So, please, Beloved One, honor your heart for it is full.
And honor your mind as well.
For it is full. They go together.
The mind follows the heart; let the mind keep pace with the heart.

Children of the New Earth: Crystal Children

The Group has been talking recently about the return of the Crystal children. These are the children that are our next level of human evolution. The Indigo's have been changing the paradigms and our structures to make space for us to evolve. They have entered, moving a little faster than most of us, and have had great difficulties as they stretched our belief systems and the way we interact with children. Their higher purpose, according to the Group, is to make room for our next stage of evolution. The Group labeled this next step the 'Children of Crystal Vibration'. At the beginning of these messages in 1996 the Group said 'if' you can make the planet safe for their return they will come. In October of 2000 they said for the first time that it is no longer 'if' but now a question of 'when' this special level of humans would start filtering into our reality. Only recently did the Group say that now the Crystal kids are starting to enter. What happened to set the stage for this? In a time when humanity has seemed to take a step backwards, why are these kids now entering? Good question. . .

Greetings from Home.

The events on Planet Earth have led you to a special place, dear ones. What lies before you at this very moment is a possibility for humanity to move into a level of vibration that was not thought to be possible. Please understand that what you see as road blocks now before you are truly opportunities to clear the way for your own evolution.

Those that you call the Indigo children have already shifted the focus of humanity. Because of their work and sacrifice you are learning to make space in your reality for empowered humans. They have done well and will now begin to move into adulthood. As they do, they will shift the paradigms of all that is to follow. The Indigo children have begun the change of your systems that relate to children. Now watch the miracles that take place as they move into adulthood and change those systems as well. Imagine what the world will be like as the first Indigo world leaders take their place. As this unfolds, the New Earth will become firmly rooted in the balanced Crystal energy. You will see space created for empowered humans on Earth no matter their beliefs, sex, or origins. The work of those you call Indigo will be know forever as the great shift. They have come into a harsh world, shaken it up, and are making you re-think everything. These beautiful beings are direct and therefore may have appeared to you as abrasive. Enduring boredom is their greatest challenge. Blessed be the Indigo children for they are opening the door. Now let us tell you more of what is behind the door.

The Children of Crystal vibration are what you would consider to be the magical children with abilities that you have yet to understand. The attributes of Crystal Children are simply two-fold, they are extremely powerful and yet extremely vulnerable. They are highly evolved beings and have an understanding of what simple energy really is. Feats that you would think impossible may seem like child's play to humans carrying the Crystal Vibration. You will begin to see magical abilities in human children that you have never seen before. Their basic understanding of energy will make it possible to manipulate energy in new ways.

Certain energy forms that you have adapted for your own use may be a bit difficult for the first Crystals to cope with. Electricity in particular may be awkward for some of the early Crystals as they acclimate. The energetic makeup of these children may cause unusual reactions to electrical devices. They have challenges defining their energetic boundaries and therefore, are empathic to electro magnetic fields. They may have a tendency to reflect back the energy they can not assimilate. It may be quite common for Crystal children to blow out electrical devices until they become accustomed to the energy. You will see children with abilities to physically move objects in ways you do not understand.

You may see physical senses develop in some children that have never been part of the human experience prior. Even your sciences will have difficulty explaining what these children will see as simple energy. At first, Crystal Children will tend to gather in groups where they can hold space for each other. They will form groups and grow together supporting each other energetically. They will do it all by themselves so parents of Crystal children will not need not worry about finding the best environment for their children. Expect to see groups of 'magical children' with abilities that exceed far beyond the norm you have known. As time goes on you will see an acclimation of this energy and you will become more accustomed to the odd stories that will circulate about strange new abilities of some children. Watch for these and prepare yourself, for these are the physical signs that the human race is evolving. This is the return of the Children of Crystal vibration.

You are seeing only the scouts thus far that have begun to enter and test the waters. These are children carrying the very first of the Crystal energy in human form. As powerful as they are, they are carrying only hints of the energy that is to come in the next few years. Thus far, in our speaking to you we have referred to them as the Crystal Children, intimating that they are separate from yourselves. Please understand that they are you in higher vibrational form. We have labeled them the Crystal Children to mark a milestone in your own evolution, yet in time you will call them only 'kids'. There are no special words needed to describe you to you.

Many of you have great sensitivity to the emotional energy fields of others. This sensitivity is how you so effectively tap into their energy as they come to you for facilitation. This sensitivity may have caused problems as you took on others energy thinking it was your own. Some of you have great difficulty in this area. We also tell you that it is this same attribute that makes you such intuitive healers. As with most of you, when you first began to utilize these attributes they may have seemed magical to those around you. Please understand that the Children of Crystal Vibration have sensitivity beyond your comprehension. They will be inside your head knowing, not only what is in your thoughts, but also what is in your heart.

Even now as humanity reaches higher vibrational status we tell you that you are beginning to read each others minds. If you were to see through the eyes of a Crystal Child, you would be saddened to see so many people living their entire lives attached to archaic and outdated beliefs. Having this sight will not be easy for them. In the fifth dimension on the New Planet Earth there will be no more secrets. At first they will feel like they must endure this sensitivity, yet like you, this will also turn out to be their great gift. Unlike the children of Indigo vibration, the Crystal children are so sensitive that they may feel threatened by the harshness of what people are holding in their hearts. Some will find safety in retreating and going within. There are some people who will think this a sign of weakness and may even attempt to exploit these gentle beings. Let us set your mind at ease when we tell you that exploitation will not be possible. The Children of Crystal vibration are powerful beyond your understanding. Even though they may have great difficulty understanding and interacting, they will always know their true power and who they are.

The biggest challenge that will face the Children of Crystal vibration is that their great sensitivity to energy will also uncover their inability to deal with other peoples fear. Fear is an emotion, opposite of love, based on a belief in lack. The Children of Crystal vibration will enter with a new belief system that will make it difficult for them to have a reference for fear in their reality. Couple this with their energetic sensitivity and you will find that when these higher vibrational humans are surrounded with human fear, they will have a tendency to reflect back that fear, amplifying it in the process. It could be said that the Children of Crystal vibration are allergic to the lower vibrational emotion of fear. As the first of these children enter, they may need help in dealing with the general fear around them. It is here that we challenge you to take steps now in preparation for their return.

To make Earth a safe place for your next step in evolution, it will be necessary to drastically reduce fear in your reality in the next few years. Alleviating fear is only possible on a personal basis. If Light is the highest expression of Love and fear is the opposite of Love, then it is easy to see that the real work of Lightworkers is to learn to replace fear with Love in all situations. This is underway now. The emotion of fear is a vacuum that feeds on itself. Fear is only a lack of information. Fill in the vacuum with information and there is no fear. Even if the information is not correct it can still fill the void until the correct information is known. Even in your recent experiences with terrorism, you see that you are no longer afraid of things that terrified you only months ago. As devastating as that was, the potential outcome is known and there is no longer a vacuum. It is hence that one can only be fully human when they are no longer in fear of dying. Take this challenge and move forward into creating your reality with passion and fear not!

Because of the great work that the Indigo children are now doing and the adjustments you are making to accommodate them, the Children of Crystal vibration have an opportunity to allow your spirits to thrive in this higher energetic structure. For those of you who choose, you may raise your energy to match that of the Crystal children through the process of overlight. The times that lie directly ahead will be filled with wonderment as the Children of the New Earth take control of their reality. To them and to you brave Lightworkers who are making this possible, we proudly say:

Indigo Women

I find it interesting how Indigo women have changed how the world perceives women. No longer the 'weaker' sex, Indigo women are strong, independent, self-reliant and powerful. They don't wait for a man to do things for them; they can do things for themselves. They are intelligent, resourceful and not afraid of anything. And yet, many of them are confused, uncertain and struggle with showing vulnerability. They can also have very unbalanced lives as they juggle their many obligations and interests. Many have either never married or married young and are now divorced. And many struggle with finding satisfying romantic relationships.

Many adult Indigos, men and women, who are now in their 40s and 50s had difficult relationships with their parents. Indigo women often had challenging relationships with their mothers in which they were criticized and judged or simply were not accepted for who they were. They also had difficult relationships with their fathers who were either absent or emotionally unavailable. When they became adults, this manifested in several ways-they either worked hard to become successful and prove their mother wrong or they married young to be a better parent than their mothers. Some women did both and despite the challenges and trials of single parenthood, were successful in raising their children and developing a career.

Indigo woman are among the first generation of women to be focused on meeting their needs instead of ignoring them or waiting for someone to show up and take care of them. There is a certain amount of guilt that they have to work through as they balance what they want to do with what they are expected to do. And they are in unfamiliar territory as they have few role models to let them know that they are on the right track, doing the right thing in the right way. They also can have little support from their family as they are the one who is 'different'. My mother used to ask me why I had to be so difficult and she thought that simply because I was independent and often challenged her authority.

It is not easy to be an Indigo woman because they are pioneers in a world that is not quite ready for them. They have a hard time finding friends who understand their independence and strength. And that also goes for romance. Many men find Indigo women challenging and have trouble knowing how to respond to them. Some men find their independence refreshing; others find it difficult and avoid it. But Indigo women have to be who they are and for many who are between relationships at this time, it means learning to be powerful, to live the life that they want to live and to be who they are without guilt or the need for approval from others. It is not always easy to be powerful and independent, but it is what Indigo women do best.

What is Tao?

What is Tao?

Tao (pronounced "dao") means literally "the path" or "the way."

It is a universal principle that underlies everything from the creation of galaxies to the interaction of human beings.

The workings of Tao are vast and often beyond human logic.

In order to understand Tao, reasoning alone will not suffice.

One must also apply intuition.

In our study of Tao,

our source material is Tao Te Ching

(pronounced "Dao De Jing")

by the ancient sage Laozi, a.k.a. Lao Tzu.

Some of Lao Tzu's most significant teachings are as follows:

Non-contention. Lao Tzu noted that violence and conflict,

no matter how tightly controlled,

could not help but cause negative side effects.

The Tao ideal is to solve problems through peaceful means.

Non-action.

The foolish expend a great deal of energy and time trying to do everything and end up achieving nothing.

On the other end of the spectrum, the truly wise don't seem to do much at all

and yet achieve whatever they want.

This magic is possible, indeed unavoidable,

when one is in tune with the Tao.

Non-intention.

So often we perform virtuous deeds hoping to receive praise or recognition.

That's no virtue at all.

True virtue is a state where such actions flow forth naturally,

requiring no conscious effort or thought.

Simplicity.

The basis for our reality and our existence is elemental and uncomplicated.

Human beings create a lot of trouble for themselves

by making everything more complex than they need to be.

If we learn to simplify our lives,

we can experience a profound satisfaction that is infinitely more

meaningful than the rewards of the material world.

Wisdom.

Logic has its place in human affairs but isn't everything.

There is a limit to what we can understand through rationality and reasoning.

To transcend that limit, we need to engage our intuition fully.

This is the key to insights as opposed to knowledge,

and the difference between living the Tao and reading all about it.

Humility.

The more you learn, the more you realize there's still so much more to learn.

This tends to make you humble.

Arrogance and egotism come from ignorance -

knowing a little bit and assuming you know a lot.

Duality.

Lao Tzu pointed out that all qualities in the world possess meaning

only by the existence of their opposites.

Something can only be big if there is something else that is small by comparison.

"Good" exists in the world so long as "evil" exists as well.

One cannot do without the other.

Symptoms of Ascension

There are many signs of ascension, some of the most common and basic are listed below:

Physical

You will know that something is happening to your body. These will be energetic experiences that bring many subtle changes that are not otherwise explainable.

Changes in digestion and appetite, fluctuating between inability to digest food to feeling hungry, strange food cravings, especially for fish, eggs, milk and other sources of protein.

Fatigue and an increased need for sleep.

General, all-over achiness as if one is coming down with something, but does not result in the expected illness (flu, etc.)

Difficulty in focusing the eyes, especially when reading. This changes from day to day and is usually not a constant.

Respiratory changes such as inability to inhale deeply, feeling out of breath for no reason and rapid heart rate that occurs intermittently.

Pressure and/or pain in the head combined with symptoms of a head cold, usually shifting from one side to the other (this was very prevalent in mid-December, 2004). There may also be tooth and gum pain that can be severe but then subsides in a few days.

Bowel disturbances - bowl purging (diarrhea) and/or constipation or a combination of the two, increased flatulence.

Feeling spacey, disoriented and/or ungrounded.

Weight gain, especially in women, and especially in the abdomen.

Pain in any of the chakra areas (tailbone, below the navel or lower back, solar plexus, heart, throat, forehead and crown of the head), especially upon waking.

Hormonal fluctuations - These include a myriad of symptoms, including blood sugar fluctuations and sudden changes in body temperature. (Please see Living on the New Earth for further explanation of hormonal fluctuations).

(Please Note - In most cases, the physical symptoms of ascension have no medical 'cause' and cannot usually be explained through allopathic medicine. However, if you feel you need to see a physician to rule out any physical causes for these symptoms and to set your mind at ease, you should certainly do so.)

Mental & Emotional

Feelings of detachment from the world and those around you, combined with a feeling of peacefulness.

Feeling invisible, as though others look right through you or don't see you (especially with strangers such as public places).

Increased feelings of isolation, even in the midst of other people.

Waves of emotional clearing (crying) for no reason that you can pinpoint. There may also be waves of general, non-descript anger at the world. None of these feel personal as they pass through, but they may have a personal 'trigger'.

Looking at the world and feeling that everything is so surreal and not being able to pinpoint anything specific that is causing these feelings.

The perception that time is speeding up or that it is non-existent.
Social

Feelings of not being able to connect with others, as though an invisible wall is between you. You try and connect, but they do not seem to be able to hear or receive you. You may also feel they are pushing you away energetically, as if your trying to connect with them makes them defensive, even in the most innocent of circumstances such as ordering in a restaurant or paying for groceries.

You may feel like withdrawing from the world and may not feel as though you are the same person.

Changes in life circumstances such as a new job, new friends or a new physical location to live in occur as you ascend. Increased feelings of not resonating with the 'old life' create the impetus to move forward.

After ascension it is common to experience a greater detachment from one's biological family as the karmic energies clear and one is re-connected with their spiritual family. The old ties may no longer feel binding.

Mystical & Energetic

For those who are energetically sensitive, the ascension experience may include:

Increased psychic experiences (i.e. perceiving other dimensions and other planes of existence).

Visions and/or contact with Christ Jesus and His angels.

Feeling 'out of phase' energetically with the physical world around you - as if you are perceiving a slightly different reality than what is physically occurring. (An example would be perceiving something an instant before it occurs on the physical plane.)

Increased instances of feeling God's love and the Presence of Christ within your being, often creating great humility and tears of devotion and awe.

An awareness of the creation of the Spirit/Christ Body enveloping your physical body, especially noticeable upon waking in the morning.

Uriel's Message-Working with Universal Law

The Universe is governed by certain laws that are unchangeable. When you work with these laws or principles you are in control of your reality and can manifest miracles. When you work against these laws or try to manipulate them you may feel that everything in your life is difficult and simply does not work. The Universal laws govern how energy moves and they are very simple and once you understand them, you can use them to your benefit.

The basic laws govern how you focus your own energy. Whatever you put out into the Universe comes back to you multiplied. Your every thought and word moves the energy in your life. If it is not moving in the direction you wish, you are the source of the movement. A shift in your perspective or focus will move the energy in another direction. Asking without belief and trust will manifest your lack of belief and trust and not what you desire. You must ask and know that Universal law responds to your intention and trust and will bring you what you ask for when you know that it is yours simply because you want it.

There is always balance in the Universe, no matter how unbalanced your life may seem to be. But the Universe works with you and not for you. When you cannot find joy in your life, it will not bring you joy. If you cannot see yourself with abundance, it will not bring you abundance. If you do not appreciate and love yourself, it will not bring you appreciation. You can manifest anything your heart desires by working with Universal laws but you will only receive as much as you are willing to give.

Universal law will respond to how you decide to move the energy in your life. And it will manifest according to your thoughts and how you are using your power. You do not have insignificant thoughts or desires. Every aspect of your life is governed by the choices you make and shifting your choices will create a new and different outcome. Your thoughts of abundance will manifest as quickly as your thoughts of lack. Your fears will manifest as easily as your thoughts of unconditional love. Working with Universal law and remembering that you are powerful will help you create the life of your dreams and bring you the joy, peace, abundance and unconditional love that you desire.

We Are Gods in the Chrysalis

Whenever you go out-of-doors, draw the chin in, carry the crown of the head high, and fill the lungs to the utmost; drink in the sunshine; greet your friends with a smile, and put soul into every hand clasp.

Do not fear being misunderstood and do not waste a minute thinking about your enemies. Try to fix firmly in your mind what you would like to do; and then, without veering off direction, you will move straight to the goal.

Keep your mind on the great and splendid things you would like to do, and then, as the days go gliding away, you will find yourself unconsciously seizing upon the opportunities that are required for the fulfillment of your desire, just as the coral insect takes from the running tide the element it needs.

Picture in your mind the able, earnest, useful person you desire to be, and the thought you hold is hourly transforming you into that particular individual.... Thought is supreme. Preserve a right mental attitude-the attitude of courage, frankness, and good cheer.

To think rightly is to create.

All things come through desire and every sincere prayer is answered.

We become like that on which our hearts are fixed.
